Q1. If I need to order spare parts who should I contact?

A2. Correct model number and serial number and a description of the part.(We do require a faxed or emailed order so we have a hard copy with the correct details)

Q3. How do I clean my condenser, and how often should I clean it?
A3. You should clean your condenser at least once per month and ALWAYS with a vacuum cleaner NOT a brush. (Please see the user guide for full details, link below)
